Pregnancy not only changes the shape of your body, but also changes the way you walk.<\/p>\n

Because your centre of gravity adjusts, this can cause you to have difficulty maintaining your balance. With that in mind, approximately 27% of women experience a fall during their pregnancy. Fortunately, baby is very well protected in the womb, surrounded by cushioning amniotic fluid and the strong muscles of the uterus. In the majority of cases, a minor fall won\u2019t be enough to cause a problem to you or baby.<\/p>\n

But there are some things to be aware of that indicate you may need medical attention:<\/p>\n
